It’s four months into the 2015 year, and we’ve had some time to tweak our resolutions. I know most of us made commitments to build muscles, gain fitness and get lean. Well, how about sparing less than 10 minutes to get fit? With the new app 7 Minute Work Out for iOS, you can do just that in only 7 minutes.

Well, I let some unfortunate stressors into my life that slowed me down for a few weeks. But, I’m back and the 7 minute workout is being released just in time.

I have already started to restore my routine and work towards my fitness goals. I run, muscle strengthening, core workouts and yoga. Adding just 7 minutes to my routine is not much time and it has huge results. If you can get a workout in 7 minutes that gives you results and you feel better afterward, why wouldn’t you use it?
