Avocado Salsa Dip

Since snacking is one of my weaknesses, I wanted to try and find something other than chips or some other easy-to-grab-and-go snack. I decided to give Van’s Fire Roasted Veggie Crackers a try. Since I’m a dip gal, I wanted a dip that was delicious and nutritious. So, this is where the

Avocado Salsa Dip

Don’t worry, Karma came to visit me because I was greedy. Since I was stingy with my crackers when I came inside from feeding the horses, I noticed the box was in the trashcan. Well, my girls decided to hurry and eat them while I was outside, lol. Darn the luck, but I guess I shouldn’t have been stingy. Shh, I bought two boxes of Van’s crackers while I was shopping at my local Meijer store.  I have another one put up that I’m saving for later. I hid them behind everything, so hopefully even my tall husband cannot see them. Hey, sometimes a girl has to do what a girl has to do right.

Okay, are you ready to make some avocado salsa dip to go with your Van’s Fire Roasted Veggie Gluten-Free Crackers that everyone will love? Let’s get started.

I’m not sure anything is better than avocados and salsa together in one bowl. I could eat that every single day!

I love salsa. The hotter the better. Avocado, pure evil. At least that’s how they taste to me.

This looks so yummy. I love salsa and the addition of avocado would be extra yummy. Those crackers look amazing too.

I guess since the avocados are just cubed that makes it a salsa and not guacamole. Same ingredients.
