Can you believe football season is already coming to an end?  It’s almost time for that Super Bowl party you have been planning.  I don’t know about you, but I am super excited for our Super Bowl party!  There is nothing like family, friends, football, and good foot!  Oh, and I have to admit I am one of those who look forward to the commercials during the Super Bowl too, lol.  Another thing I am looking forward to is this awesome Super Bowl recipes created with Hormel® Chili and Velveeta cheese!  If you are on the lookout for easy Super Bowl recipes here are a few that I found over on the Sam’s Club website.  Be sure to swing by and check out all their other recipes.

Velveeta Zesty Chili Dip for Super Bowl Sunday

Velveeta Zesty Chili Dip 

First it sounds amazing, second it only takes 10 minutes to prepare, third it has to taste amazing. 

  • 1 pound of Velveeta cut into cubes about ½ inch big.
  • 1 Can of Ro*tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (10 ounce can, undrained)
  • 1 can of Hormel® Chili with beans (15 ounce can)

How to Make Velveeta Zesty Chili Dip

You have to love it when something is this easy to make!  Simply combine all ingredients in a 2-quart microwaveable bowl, and microwave on high for about 5 minutes or until the Velveeta is melted completely.  Be sure to stop and stir your dip about every 3 minutes. Stir the dip until blended, and serve with your favorite tortilla chips, or have some fun and cup up some veggies!

Velveeta Spicy Cheeseburger Dip

I think this is one of my favorite!  It’s amazing, my husband loves it and it only takes 20 minutes to prepare!  Check out this fabulous recipe.

  • 1 pound of yummy Velveeta.  Be sure to cut into 1/2-inch cubes to help it melt better
  • 1 can Ro*tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, (10 ounce can undrained)
  • 1 cup of Kraft’s Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ pound of cooked and drained ground beef
  • 4 sliced green onions

How to Make Velveeta Spicy Cheeseburger Dip

  • In a microwave bowl combine all, expect the onions your ingredients, and microwave on high for about 5 minutes or until the dip is completely melted.  Be sure to stir your dip at about 3 minutes.
  • After the dip is completely melted stir in the onions, and serve!

Queso Burgers for super bowl sunday

Who wouldn’t love one of these amazing Queso Burgers!  WOW, there are so many amazing recipes at samsclub.com.  Everyone is sure to love an amazing Queso Burger while watching the biggest game of the year!  Oh, I forgot to mention they only take 20 minutes to prepare!  Awesome right!

  • 1 ½ pounds of ground sirloin
  • 1 pound of Velveeta®, be sure to cut into ½ inch cubes for easy melting
  • 1 can Ro*tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, (10 ounce can undrained)
  • 6 of your favorite hamburger buns
  • 2 pieces of leaf lettuce

How to Make These Amazing Queso Burgers

  • Head your grill to medium heat (160° F) , and shape your ground sirloin into 6 patties, about ½ inch thick.  Grill or 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until done.
  • Microwave Velveeta and you can of Ro*tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies in a microwave safe bowl on high, for about 5 minutes, or until the dip is completely melted.  Be sure to stir at about 3 minutes.
  • Now for the fun part!  Place burgers on the bottom half of the buns, and top each with about 2 tablespoons of the Velveeta dip.  Cover that bad boy with lettuce, tomatoes, and anything else that might be amazing.  Personally I think some avocado would finish things up nicely, and top with the other half of the bun.  Perfect!

This is one that we have been making for years! It’s that awesome, it’s so easy to make and taste amazing!  I’m sure you and your guest will love this Velveeta Chili Dip while watching the Super Bowl, or should I say while watching Payton lead his team to another Super Bowl.  Oh, I will not say that, I know some of you are rooting for the other team, and I am not about to start a Super Bowl fights.  We only want to talk about good food!

  • 1 Pound of Velveeta, again be sure to cut into ½ inch cubes for easy melting
  • 1 can Ro*tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, (10 ounce can undrained)

How to Make Velveeta Chili Dip

  • Microwave ingredients in microwave safe bowl, on high for about 5 minutes or until it’s completely melted.  Be sure to stop and stir at about 3 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, or swing by SamsClub.com for more great serving ideas and recipes. 

TIP:  I’m sure you noticed in the picture I am making it in the crock pot!  Normally when I need it to stay melted I will just cook in the crock pot.  It is a great way for people to grab what they want, and super easy to warm up again.  Be careful not to leave it on too long, you might burn the dip.
