Since I have started blogging I have had tons of people ask me how they can make money blogging with different places.  I have also had several people, who do not blog, who know nothing about blogging say something along the lines of, “Oh wow, that sounds easy enough.  I should start a blog.”  They act like it’s no big deal, like they can just start a blog and suddenly generate income.  HA, newsflash it’s not that easy!  It takes work, a whole lot of work.  Those blog posts that tell you making money blogging is easy, I often wonder how much money they make, maybe they have forgotten about the days when they first started blogging, or maybe they were not missing out on sleep during the holiday season.  I know plenty of bloggers who make a decent amount of money doing what they do, but they WORK for it, and there is often more than one blogger helping.   It’s not easy, which is why it’s okay to want to make money blogging.   

It’s easy to look at other people who are making money blogging and think it’s easy, but when you are placed in the driver’s seat it’s a different story.  The only way you are going to make it passed the unpaid hours of hard work is if you love what you are doing.  If you think blogging is for you, and you want to give it a shot, do it!  Just do your research, there are so many mistakes bloggers make when they first start out that can be avoided.  Yes, I am one of the many, lol so do your research.You never know what doors will open.  I am a firm believer in trying everything once, the only way we know what’s down the road less traveled is if we put one foot in front of the other and look.

Naturally, I want to make money blogging!  This is no easy job, it’s a lot of work, I recently left my job to blog full-time I need to generate income with my job.  I think we all want to make money with our blogs, and that is totally okay to say out loud.  This is not an easy job.  I used to be scared to tell my readers I made money blogging, but over the years I have learned that they understand we have bills to pay.  If they follow your blog, they see how hard you work, and as long as you stay honest they will continue to support you.  I love that I can sit down and write about my life, share experiences, tips, brands that I love and get paid for it.

I enjoy sharing information about brands that I already know, and trust.  It’s an awesome way to generate income, and keep that honest relationship with your readers.  Between you and I, they are some of the easiest posts to write.  I love it when I have the opportunity to share with my readers a product or service I already use and love.  I already know why I like it, and probably already understand how it works.   

While sharing things I already use is great, so is experiencing new things.  It’s a little more work, but I have always loved to try new things, and share them with people.  Which is probably why I enjoy my job so much, lol.  I always have an opinion, and I love to share it, lol.
