This year, I’m most thankful that I was able to take my daughter to Maine for my Grandmother’s 85th birthday. My Gram hadn’t seen her great-granddaughter (her only one) since she was 8 months old, so it was a treat for everyone.

I’m thankful that my son is here to celebrate with us. On November 18th he was hit by a car on his way to the school bus stop, the driver took off leaving my little boy lying in the middle of the road like a piece of trash. The doctors said it was a miracle he landed on the windshield because if he had gone under the car he would have been killed. So I’m extremely thankful that I get to spend another Christmas with all of my kids and that they are all safe!
