Our lives are full of making choices and decisions that can stick with us for a long time. Sometimes we chose the best choice and other times we do things that we are sorry for later. Overeating is one of those things most of us are guilty of especially during the holidays but eating foods that basically stick with us in areas that we don’t want is like playing a mind game. We have what we call comfort foods and those are the foods that end up around our middle section making our clothes fit rather snuggly. I, too, am guilty of eating lots of mashed potatoes, sweetie pleasures, breaking breads and before I knew it I was at the store purchasing bigger and bigger clothes until I was introduced to Personal Trainer Foods. Even after trying several different times on my own to lose my unwanted pounds, I was not successful.
Just How Bad Do You Want It?
Personal Trainer Foods generously sent me a variety of entrée and vegetables for their 28-Day Program and I was able to choose the items I wanted. I have successfully completed 2 of the 28-Day programs and have lost a total of 28 pounds and 20 ½ inches. Now that I have gotten a boost from Personal Trainer Food 28-Day Program I should be able to finish losing the remainder of bulk I have been carrying around for years.
You are the only one that can decide just how bad you want to lose the weight. I basically found it a mind game. I looked in the mirror and seen something that I really did not like and that is when I decided that I wanted it bad enough that I was going to do whatever I had to do to get the weight off. I do admit that the first couple of days were rather hard and I had to be totally aware of everything I put in my mouth and it is important that you know I never was hungry. But when the weight started dropping off, I only became more encouraged at the results I was seeing almost on a daily basis.
As the weight came off and the clothing started to fit loosely and I started having friends and family tell me that I look fabulous that only helped to put icing on the cake so to speak wanting me to get to a healthy weight. I have a waist now which I haven’t had for several years and it feels great.
Personal Trainer Food can help you decide just how bad you want to get healthy and lose a few of those unwanted pounds. The program also teaches you how to eat and the importance of making healthy food choices. Even though it is recommended that you walk 20 minutes or more a day just to get some exercise in on a daily basis, you are not required to go to the gym and burn excessive amounts of calories like a mad person.
We have what we call comfort foods and those are the foods that end up around our middle section making our clothes fit rather snuggly. I, am guilty of eating lots of mashed potatoes, sweetie pleasures, breaking breads and before I knew it I was at the store purchasing bigger and bigger clothes until I was introduced to Personal Trainer Foods. As you can see from the pictures, losing 28 pounds and 20 ½ inches has made a big difference in my appearance. My goal now is to continue and lose another 20. Wish me luck!
