If you like meatballs you will love these amazing Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs recipe. I am crazy about meatballs. When we make spaghetti here at home, my husband will make the meatballs and add them to our pasta sauce. He tends to make his huge and so juicy and delicious. I make these for our friends at pool parties and birthday parties as well. They make good appetizers as well for family get-togethers. At our family gatherings, I tend to hear the question, “Is dinner ready yet?” Well now with making these, they will hold anyone over until dinner is ready to be served. I hear less of the questioning if dinner is ready and more of our meatballs gone.
Meatballs can be made with spaghetti, alfredo, white queso cheese, and much more. You can even eat them alone by themselves. The Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs I choose to either eat by themselves or in spaghetti. Whichever you choose I am sure that you will love them. This recipe is tasty. They are not bland and are tender and juicy. The cheese just melts right out of them, when you cut into them. I don’t know about you, but I am a huge cheese lover. What a better way to have your meat and cheese together with your pasta. This is such an easy recipe that anyone can make these and be very proud of themselves.
My kids are not too fond of meatballs, but when it comes to adding in the cheese they have a change of heart. Especially my son. He is an avid cheese lover. Anything cheese and he sure is caught eating it. This is a huge plus because he needs to eat more meat. With the cheese added, he is eating the meat.

Delicious Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 16 oz shredded parm cheese
- 16 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- Fresh Parsley
- 2-3 tbs Olive Oil
- 2 Eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together ground beef, eggs and garlic. Mix in parm cheese, parsley and bread crumbs. Roll into 12 large balls. Press each meatball untill they are flat. Place a mozzarella ball in the center. Pull the edges around the cheese to make them into ball forms. Place on a baking sheet with olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and serve.
