When you’re constantly on the go, or keeping busy at work, it’s hard to remember to stay hydrated. And if you’re like me, you get bored of having the same beverage all day long. Mornings can be good for something hot or warm. Midday and afternoons are perfect times from something with ice! Thankfully, the good folks at Precidio have given us a great solution to keep away those boring drinks and without all the dishes.
Precidio has been in the housewares business for 30 years (almost as old as me!). They strive to create unique and eco-friendly designs that make sense. The Multi Flask comes from the owner’s desire to stay healthy and hydrated without having so many gadgets cluttering up their home. Take a moment find out more about this great company!
The Multi Flask is a 6-in-1 beverage system. It’s good for hot drinks, ice cold drinks, and everything in between. You can bring your morning coffee with you on your commute to work, do a quick wash and infuse your favorite fruits into your water, and refill it later with some delicious green tea. The Multi Flask is made from a very high quality material called Tritan. It is BPA/BPS/Phthalate free! This material is also US-made.
My favorite bits of the Multi Flask are the water infusion accessories. Since I’m not a coffee drinker and am picky about tea, I drink a lot of water. Water sometimes gets boring and just throwing some pieces of cucumber, lime and mint doesn’t work very well. I’m often left with soggy fruit with chunks floating into my mouth. Gross! The Multi Flask has a separate piece called the Fruit Infuser that holds your fruit/veggies/herbs and a top accessory called an Agitator that keeps it from going into your mouth. This was magic! Another bonus feature is the soft spout on the Sports Lid. I constantly knock the hard plastic of regular water bottles into my teeth, so this was a very pleasant surprise!
I was able to refill the Multi Flask about six times with one set of fruit before the flavor started going away. You can see all the different parts and the purpose on the Multi Flask website.
My coffee-loving husband tried it out for a hot beverage test and proclaimed it perfect. Thanks to a special glass “sleeve” that inserts into the outer container, he was able to comfortably handle the Multi Flask. He said it stayed warm for longer than expected since it’s not made to be an insulator and the mouthpiece was very comfortable to drink from. Pretty sure he’s going to try stealing it from me.
