Instant Pot New York Cheesecake Recipe

by Jenn

Cheesecake is one of those things I just can’t say n0 too.  I’m so glad my husband likes it even more than I do lol.  Well, it’s one of those bittersweet situations.  He eats most of it so I don’t, which is great, but a small part of me is jealous that he got to eat it all, lol.  It’s alway going to be that way too.  I’m never going to be that girl that can sit down and eat a whole cheesecake.  Well, technically I could and probably not even get sick but for my butts sake I can’t!

I love the crust idea for this cheesecake instead of the usual graham crust.

That’s what I love about cheesecake. It’s delicious and is easy to make. You can add pretty much any topping you like. I have been known to hide cheesecake so I can get my fill, then I put it out to share.

I don’t know what ‘instant pot’ is and uncle Google isn’t telling me. What is it, just a slow cooker? I made my first ever cheese cake just a few weeks ago (with a Martha Stewart video to guide me), but I used a special springform pan in the oven. It was pretty great actually.

How would you make it without a Instant Pot. All the ingredients are yummy but I don’t have that appliance.
