Quick and Easy Spanish Rice Recipe
- 1 Container Minute® Ready to Serve Rice
- 1/2 green bell pepper (diced small)
- 1/2 tomato (diced small)
- 1/2 white onion (diced small)
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder,
- Salt and pepper to taste
Let’s create this super quick and easy Spanish Rice recipe:
- Before microwaving the rice bowls, mix in the veggies and the seasoning
- Heat on high for 60 seconds.

Love Spanish Rice. This looks yummy and easy.
I like Spanish rice. I always get the box mixes.They have a good flavor and are quick to make with very little clean up after.

I love rice. I have had Spanish rice but it had cheese on top. So this looks really interesting.
It’s good with cheese, but I prefer it without… and that doesn’t happen often lol
Thanks so much for this recipe. Love Spanish rice and often buy in the packets to fix. Canned is awful. Have everything here to make and family will love it.
