Tips To Help You Lose WeightSmall Diet Tips To Help You Increase Weight Loss

Here are a few small diet tips to help you increase weight loss.  I hope you find a few that help make reaching your weight loss goal a little easier and quicker.

Don’t focus on a number

Seriously, why are you trying to lose weight?  I hope it’s because you want to be a healthier version of yourself if it’s not sit down and think about all the benefits to weight loss.  Not only will you look better you will feel better and your body will be healthier!  It’s a win-win, but don’t focus on the number our weight can fluctuate and it’s discouraging to jump on the scale and see you have gained two pounds.  Weight yourself once everyone two weeks if you need to see the number.

Try eating more foods that fight fat

Remember dropping weight isn’t a race, don’t’ focus on how quickly you can lose the pounds.  Slow and steady wins the race and eating foods with healthy carbs, protein and fiber can give your metabolism a boost.   A few foods you might want to consider eating/drinking are green tea, bananas, grapefruit, etc.

eat halthy foodsPlan your meals

Plan your meals each day or you can prepare them weekly if you don’t have the time to do it daily.  This way you know what you are supposed to eat each day.  It helps me to avoid running and just grabbing something from the fridge because I ‘m too busy to figure out a healthy lunch.

Get something to help you track your exercise

Ther eare tons of fitness trackers out there find one that works best for you.  I don’t think they are 100% accurate, but it will help give you an idea of how much walking you are doing, calories your burning and even take part in a contest with other uses for motivation.  I love my fitness tracker; it’s pushed me to the next level.  Out there.  Keep track of what you eat

I know some people say not to count calories, but I do, and it helps me see how much I am eating.  Plus, it makes sense right.  Burn more calories than you consume and you will lose.  This one is up to you, but it helps me keep up with things.  I record everything I eat into an app on my smartphone.

Drink water

Be sure you are getting enough water and be sure to drink a glass before meals to help fill you up.  Did you know that drinking water can also increase your metabolism?

eat eggs for breakfastEggs for breakfast

Getting rid of your grain based breakfast for eggs can help you feel less hungry for the rest of the day.  Plus, eggs have so many great benefits.

Don’t avoid the coffee

The caffeine in coffee can help boost your metabolism and increase fat burning.

Stand rather than sit

Since so many of us work in an office setting try using a standing desk.  Not only will you be more productive, trading sitting for standing helps you burn more calories.

Don’t avoid fat

There is such thing as healthy fat, and your body needs it.  Rather than hydrogenated vegetable oil stick with olive oil or coconut oil.

Remember to have a plan for snacks on the go

With the kids back in school, I’m busy picking kids up from school, hauling them to games, cooking dinner and so on.  I’ve found that planning for snacking on the go with things like Balance Bars helps me stick to my diet becasue I’m not starving when dinner comes around.

Balance BarsThink balance and snack smarter, not harder

I am horrible at this; I tend to do everything the hard way.  When if I just stopped for a few minutes and thought about things I could find a smarter way to do things.  Well, come to find out not only do I do things the hard way, but women have been lied to.  See we’ve denied ourselves indulgences we crave.  Which you know as well as I do often lead to kicking your healthy eating habits to the curb.  Well, there is more to feeling good than looking food.  So get rid of those fad diets, kale cleanses, or crazy dieting rules that more often than not lead to failure.

We should be indulging in foods we crave in a balanced way.  See, it’s eating Almond Brownie, while getting vitamins and fiber, treating our minds, bodies, and those cravings we once feared with respect.  If you are looking for a snack, you can crave freely choose the bar that helps you snack smarter, like Balance.

Balance is a snack we can crave-freely, with the sweetness we crave and the nutrition our bodies need.  Finally, we can snack smarter and indulge in a way we can feel good, with Balance. You can score Balance in a variety of flavors and FOUR (4) NEW flavors:

FYI, I’m just going to tell you now that the Dulce De Leche & Caramel Balance Bars are out of this world, I almost forgot I was snacking smarter while eating it, lol.  Seriously, it’s super good.

Balance Bars are balanced with great taste and energizing ingredients; they’re a great nutritional snack option!  Plus they just introduced NEW flavors which are an excellent source of fiber and packed with the protein we need.  As a matter of fact, each bar contains 190 calories or less, 506 grams of fiber, and 5-7 grams of protein.
