M&M and Decorations sitting out on table

To make Sweet & Easy Decorations for Christmas you’ll need the following supplies:

  • 2 bags of Holiday M&Ms (this filled 3 large ornaments)
  • Empty Ornaments Plastic Christmas Decorations (you could use glass, but since my kids were helping I figured it would be best to use plastic)
  • Glue gun
  • Crafting Eyes

Directions for Rudolph Decorations for Christmas

  • Divide your M&Ms up, gather all the brown ones and place them into a round empty Ornament, and place the cap back on.
  • Using your glue gun place the eyes on your decoration.
  • The nose is a red M&M.  Using your glue gun place the red M&M where Rudolph’s nose would go.
  • Get creative for the rest!  My son only wanted Red and Green M&M’s in his Christmas Ornament for his teacher.  He said they are his teachers favorite colors so it really worked out perfectly.  Plus I like the different ones, it’s really got me to thinking for next year.  There is so many fun things that M&M’s can be used for this time of year other than cooking!  Here are a few that I have come up with.

I realize some people would say Christmas is now behind us but I look at it as Christmas is ahead, and I have plenty of time to create. Your idea is super cute and I know my grandchildren would have fun making these as well as eating them. :) I’m glad I found your site. Keep blogging it’s a great stress reliever for me to blog on my site and hopefully I’ll do more of it this year.

What a great craft to do with your kids or grandkids. Even a 2 year old could help by putting M&Ms in the ornament or put on the wiggly eyes with glue dots. This would be awesome to do & let older kids hang them on the tree.

These ideas are very creative, my favorite is the Christmas tree ornament. The ornaments look like they may be too heavy to hang on a tree though. Thank you for sharing these great decoration ideas.
