It happens to all of us! One day we wake up and realize that we have fine lines and maybe even deep wrinkles on our face. It’s not fun and not easy to accept, but there are things you can do to help reduce wrinkles.
To be honest, I’m proud of my little fine lines and I’m sure I’ll be proud of my wrinkles when I’m older, but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to do try and reduce my wrinkles. I mean there are plenty of things we can do to reduce wrinkles, why not give them a try right.
First off do you know what causes wrinkles? KIDS, well yes that is what I was going to say lol. Okay, so maybe not the kids but, there is plenty of things that cause wrinkles like smoking, different facial expression, nutrition, sun damage, dehydration, natural aging and I’m sure there is plenty more. At the end of the day, I know I’m going to get wrinkles and I’m okay with it, but I’m still going to do everything possible (Not surgery or anything crazy like that) going to surgery extremes) to keep my skin looking great for as long as possible.
Here are a few things you can do to help you reduce wrinkles:
I hope you don’t smoke but if you do STOP SMOKING! It’s not only bad for your body and a million other things it’s awful for your skin. It’s hard to quit but think of it this way if you would have done it two weeks ago you’d be smoke-free.Sure it might be hard, but you would be the hard part. Just give it a try, you can do it.
Not eating healthy
Think antioxidants – blueberries, Kiwi, Spinach and other fresh fruits and veggies.
Other things many of us don’t get enough of and I’m guilty of this myself, but sleep is critical for a variety of reasons.
Take care of your skin and improve the fine lines and deep wrinkles as soon as possible
The quicker you do something about any fine lines and deep wrinkles the better off you are. There are some great products out there to help you with any lines and deep wrinkles you find.
Consider your location in the United States
Where you are currently living, is it on the 2016 RoC® Wrinkle Ranking list? Oh yes, there is a list of cities in the United States.
The leading French Skincare brand for over 50 years, RoC® Skincare has once again partnered with independent research firm Sperling’s Best Places for their 2016 RoC® Wrinkle Ranking, which is a city by city look at the metropolitan areas risk for skin damage and premature aging by the year 2040. The analysis is based on several factors that are often known to affect our skin’s health such as occupational and environmental influences and lifestyle. Check out the difference in between now and 2040 on the below image of RoC® Wrinkle Ranking.
Wondering where the most wrinkle prone places are? My state isn’t even on the report, which is good! I live in a small town in New Mexico, and it’s nice to see that New Mexico is not on the report. I know all of you are wondering where the most wrinkle prone place is and if you are like me crossing your fingers that you don’t see your city and state on the list, lol.
Currently, the most wrinkle prone title goes to Philadelphia, PA and Denver, CO will claim the least wrinkle prone zone. Coming in #2 is New York City, #3 is Minneapolis, #4 is Seattle and you can see the rest of the list by visiting Multivu.com.
Check out the climate breakdown for 2040 on the RoC Wrinkle Ranking Forecast of 2040 Climate Breakdown the in the above image. Pretty interesting right? Makes me really stop and think about my skin and realize just how important it is to take care of it because everything from stressful kids and facial expressions to the weather can cause wrinkles.

I just started using RETINOL CORREXION Deep Wrinkle Serum because I have this darn deep wrinkle on my forehead from squinting. I remember when I was younger, I started wearing sunglasses because I just knew I was going to get a wrinkle there when I was older. Welp, it happened, and I have a stinking line going down the middle of my forehead. I’ve used RoC® products in the past and always been happy with the results so when they asked me if I wanted to try one of their products I jumped all over the chance to try RETINOL CORREXION Deep Wrinkle Serum! I’ve only been using it for about a week, so I’m not sure how well it’s going to work, but I’m confident that it will work as well as the products I have used in the past. One of my personal favorite products is RoC® DAILY RESURFACING DISKS if you haven’t tried these they are amazing. I love the way they leave my skin feeling the dual-textured cloths are amazing and do a great job not just making my skin feel soft but helping me get rid of oil, dirt and even makeup.
I need to get me another tube of RETINOL CORREXION® Eye Cream, I ran out a little over a week ago and have been traveling so I had not had a chance to grab more. I love this stuff and you might think .5 ounces is tiny, but it goes a long way, LONG way! The first tube lasted me forever because you only need a little bit and you only apply it around your eyes. It did a fabulous job with a few fine lines I had and even helped me with my dark circles.
My aunt introduced me to the RoC brand several years ago, and I’ve been happy ever since. I totally recommend RoC® products. Plus they are affordable you can grab the DAILY RESURFACING DISKS 28 count for about $9.99, RETINOL CORREXION Deep Wrinkle Serum for 22.99, RETINOL CORREXION® Deep Wrinkle Night Cream $22.99, RETINOL CORREXION Eye Cream $22.99 for a .5 ounce tube, RETINOL CORREXION Deep Wrinkle Daily Moisturizer SPF 30 $22.99 for a 1 ounce tube at retailers nationwide like Target and CVS Pharmacy.
