I cannot tell you how much fun the kids and I have had this year making yummy Valentine’s Day recipes! Like these White Chocolate Covered Marshmallows with sprinkles.  I am honestly still in shock! I am in no way used to being home with my kids and having time for any type of cooking, baking, or crafting.
Being home with the kids has been a blessing, and allowed us to not only make awesome White Chocolate Covered Marshmallows for Valentine’s Day but also given us time to bond and get closer as a family.
My daughter and I went to the store the other day, and she noticed the JUMBO Heart Shaped Marshmallows, lol. Needless to say, she asked me to get them since it was almost Valentine’s Day, so I did, but when we got home, she discovered they were marshmallows. YUP, suddenly those big cool marshmallows were not so tasty looking anymore. Last night the girls and I decided to have a little fun, and figure out something yummy to do with these marshmallows. My daughter Vayda asked if we could do Valentine’s Day recipe for cake pops so she could give them out to her friends at school. HUMM, after digging around in the cabinets we decided on White Chocolate Covered Marshmallows with Fun Sprinkles!
I am going to admit, I had to do this the old fashion way, lol. We had to actually dip the marshmallows. I know, I am so mistreated, lol. My fountain broke about a week ago, and I cannot tell you how upset I was. I don’t use it all the time, but it has really made life so much easier, plus the kids got it for me a few years back as a Mother’s Day gift. Lucky for me, you can pick these bad boys up when you are a Shop Your Way member for ONLY $19 with free shipping! Mine should be here in a few days. I am a personal shopper with Shop Your Way, so I am always finding awesome prices on items. If you would like you can sign up here. Sorry, FOCUS Jenn!
Anyway, let’s talk more about these fabulous White Chocolate Covered Marshmallows. If you are looking for an easy-to-make fun kid’s Valentine’s Day Recipe, you cannot go wrong with this one.  I mean, what child doesn’t love to at least play with sprinkles?  Plus, they taste fabulous with white choice, milk chocolate, or even with a layer of caramel. Indeed a fun, easy project you can do with the kids, and perfect idea for any party.
The White Chocolate Covered Marshmallows are super easy to make, especially if you are lucky and have a chocolate fountain!  I really missed mine when we made these, lol.

This looks like such a fun activity to do with the kids. They will feel like they are baking and make them feel good. I think it will also show them that sometimes homemade gifts are better than a store bought gift. Thanks for the wonderful fun activity with the kids…
This looks delicious and it’s so easy to make. Sorry to hear about your chocolate fountain, my condolences. The only thing I would do differently is that I would use dark chocolate in place of white chocolate. Thank you for sharing this great recipe.
This is a great idea. My grandkids will be here for valentines day and this is what we will make. thank you so much
Your marshmallow hearts look very professional! I don’t have any young children to make these with, but I wouldn’t mind giving these as gifts to a few adults I know. I could get really creative with these! Thank you for this great idea :)
so simply and yet so cute
Wow. Those looks so cute. I am doing White Chocolate Covered Marshmallows with my son for valentine’s day. Thank you for sharing it.
Those do look pretty. How do you keep the marshmallow from melting down? I probably misread the instructions, I’m flaky like that. That’s probably why I don’t cook.
These are super cute. Thank you for sharing, Jenn…
