Okay, I’m totally guilty of not posting over the last two weeks, but I have a good reason. I RAN OUT OF FOOD! BOOOOOO, to running out of food while on a diet.. Not exactly sure what happened. I sent an email to Nutrisystem, but we were also talking about so much other stuff back and forth, who knows what actually happened. Either way, I have my food now and was able to keep the majority of the weight off, by practicing good eating habits. Which, thanks to Nutrisystem I have learned it’s all about how much you’re going to eat. It doesn’t matter if you eat healthy if you’re going to eat enough for three people.
I am proud to let everyone know, that even though I was out of food, I DID NOT GAIN! If you read my last post – Nutrisystem Week 7, I had a weight loss of 16 pounds too. So my fingers are crossed next week I will hit that 20 pound mark……. I think I can do it, I really want the 20 pound Wonder Bear.
I wanted to tell Nutrisystem thanks so much for having my food to me so quickly. When I informed them I had not yet received my order, and we found out that it was never placed. They really took handle of things and had me my food that week. I even offered to pay the extra shipping for expediting but never needed to. I think by the time they received my email offering to pay for faster processing, they had already shipped out my food. So thanks Nutrisystem, for taking my weight loss as serious as I am.
I have to say, I am not loosing weight at any record speed, but I am loosing weekly. Something I learned while I was without my food, was that I’ve learned so much from this diet. In the past I have always expected to loose fast, the faster the better. Sadly it always comes back, this time is different. I have learned how to control my weight, before things get out of hand, make healthier choices, and stay active. I never want to be stuck in the overweight rut again. I still have a lot of weight to loose, but I feel a difference this time. Nutrisystem has helped me retrain myself when it comes to my eating habits. I have never really sat down, and pigged out. However, I would skip breakfast, maybe eat lunch, maybe wait until dinner. There was never any consistent eating habits. I have learned its important to feed your body consistently. I used to think, if I ate I would gain. Boy, was I wrong.
I have enjoyed my venture with Nutrisystem. I’m on my way to a skinnier more healthy me.
