Raise your hand if you would like to make money with apps? Here are a few free apps you can make money with, maybe even enough to pay your phone bill every month. I personally save everything I make for Christmas because I have four children and it helps out more than I can put into words. Anyhow, here are a few apps that you can make money with, I hope you like them as much as we do.

- Receipt Hog – Have you heard of this app, it’s super easy to use and you can even earn a little extra money, which over a few months or even a year adds up. Simply snap a photo of your recipes from your smartphone, answer a few questions about your experience, and you’ll earn. Not too bad right? Sign up with referral code LIZ69256 and earn a little extra.
- Checkout 51 – This is one of my favorite new Android apps that make money. Simply browse the offers, head to the store and earn money back. Today I earned $4.50 on things like Milk, Yogurt, Bleach, English Muffins, etc. It’s a great app, once you earn $20 they will mail you a check. You can expect it to update every Thursday morning. Great, app to earn a little money back on items you’re already purchasing.
- Snap by Groupon – Another app you can earn money for purchasing groceries. No matter where you shop you can earn, it’s like having coupons, but better. Love this app, I always check it out before I head to the store to see if there is anything I need on the offers list. Yes, there is normally at least a few items, and it updates all the time. - Savings Star – Another great app that allows you to link loyalty cards so you can collect your savings. Simply select eCoupons you want to use and once you reach $5 you can choose to receive your money via PayPal, Amazon, or a bank deposit.
- Ibotta – Of course this is another great app where you can score cash back when you visit the grocery story. If you are not using it, stop and check it out here.
- eBates – This is by far my favorite shopping app. Earn money for shopping places you’d already shop and earn a certain percent of the money you spend back. Checks are sent out quarterly. This year so far I have saved over $800 by just visiting this site before I shop, finding the store I’m shopping at and clicking on it from eBates. If you shop online, you can save money using this app. Best app ever, click here to get started.
- GigWalk – You might have heard of GigWalk, but it’s cool app that allows you to walk around your local area and complete gigs to earn some extra money. You’ll complete gigs such as taking pictures, secret shopping, surveys about local businesses, etc. Get paid via PayPal! It’s an awesome Android app to make money with and you can sign up here.
- Swagbucks – I’m sure many of you are a member of Swagbucks, but if you’re not be sure to join and download the app so you can start earning for doing easy tasks like watching videos. Click here to join and check out Swagbucks.
