While my husband has little difficulty falling sleep, I, on the other hand, cannot fall asleep without some type of noise in the room. Normally, it is the television, but I have used the radio on occasion, as well as some of the relaxation tapes. This is disturbing to my husband since he has sleep apnea and wakes frequently during the night. We have come to a compromise in that I will usually have the television on, but lower the volume so it does not disturb my husband. this siunds like heaven. I go 2-4 days without sleep. Normally from pain but I would try anything just to have a couple normal nights of sleep. Great info
I used to go without sleep like that it’s been hard to make myself go to bed every single night but it’s done wonders to my health. I feel so much better.
