I cook and bake most of the foods we eat from scratch and have even tried my hand at making Pita breads. My Pitas were a total failure but the birds seemed to enjoy them. Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads gives you the option of serving foods with a flatbread that you don’t have to try and bake.
Authentic Flatbreads
Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads
Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads sent me a variety of flatbreads to review including Tandoori baked Naan in original, garlic and whole grain, Mediterranean Pocket Pitas and an Italian Thin Pizza Crust with sauce included. My mouth started to water as I unpacked the box of these luscious flatbreads and I started thinking about how I wanted to eat and serve the flatbreads.
These flatbreads look so good; I wanted to savor every flavor they are packed with. So I decided to use the pizza flatbread first. Now, I have tried other pizza crusts over the years and for the most part they have tasted like cardboard. I don’t care what you add to them or put on them it tasted like a frozen cardboard pizza crust. I noticed that when I opened the package of the Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads Italian Thin Pizza Crust in original flavor that the texture was awesome. It was all I could do from gobbling it down straight away but I held off and applied the pizza sauce, sliced black olives, sliced red pepper, some fried meat, and dowsed it with lots of mozzarella, parmesan and Colby cheeses and popped it in the oven for approximately 7 minutes at 450 degrees. As it baked, I prepared my salad and drink so that when the pizza came out of the oven, I would be ready to sit down and pig out.
Stonefire Flatbread Pizza Crust
It is heard that looks reveals the contents of the package and Stonefire Authentic Flatbread Pizza crust tasted as good as it looked. The flatbread pizza crust was crunchy on the bottom (just the way I like pizza crust) and very tasty. I normally don’t eat the crust on pizzas we buy because once again it tastes like cardboard so I gave Stonefire Authentic Flatbread Pizza Crust the TEST! O my gosh, this crust is so delicious you could just eat the crust and forget about putting anything on it.
Besides being very tasty, Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads are packed with all sorts of nutrition. There are no preservatives added, great source of fiber, contains no synthetic dyes, no Trans fat or hydrogenated oils. The flatbreads are baked in a tandoor oven which is high heat creating the bubbles on the breads as well as a smoky flavor.
