Did you make a New Year’s resolution this year? I did, and it involves my and my family’s health, and I want to focus on getting some of this extra weight off this year, so I have been kicking it into overdrive. I don’t want to put if off because if I do that the whole year will get away from me and I’ll find myself making the same darn resolution in 2018! So, I wanted to share one of my new favorite dip recipes, they go GREAT with Van’s Fire Roasted Veggie Gluten Free Crackers!
Since snacking is one of my weaknesses I wanted to try and find something other than chips or some other easy to grab and go snack I decided to give Van’s Fire Roasted Veggie Crackers a try. Since I’m a dip gal I wanted a dip that was delicious and nutritious. So, this is where the
Avocado Salsa Dip that everyone loves is. Don’t wait, Van’s crackers and the Avocado dip are so delicious together, nobody told me, they are so good together I didn’t want to share with my husband lol. I did, but it wasn’t easy.

Don’t worry Karma came to visit me because I was greedy. Since I was stingy with my crackers when I came inside from feeding the horses, I notice the box was in the trashcan. Well, my girls decided to hurry and eat them while I was outside, lol. Darn the luck, but I guess I shouldn’t have been stingy. Shh, I bought two boxes of Van’s crackers while I was shopping at my local Meijer store. I have another one put up that I’m saving for later. I hid them behind everything so hopefully even my tall husband cannot see them, lol. Hey, sometimes a girl has to do what a girl has to do right.

I’m not sure anything is better than avocados and salsa together in one bowl. I could eat that every single day!
Those crackers do look really good!
Looks like a great recipe.
This dip looks delicious. I am going to make for my family party.
I love anything salsa with a passion! This is going to be so good! I am pinning it for later. :)
I tried this salsa and used pita chips. My guests loved it.
This recipe looks easy to make. Thank you for sharing.
I love salsa. The hotter the better. Avocado, pure evil. At least that’s how they taste to me.
Great recipe…love avocado!
Yum
I have to say, I love anything with avocado and salsa combined. This is especially great for the Spring get togethers or even a quick, refreshing snack!
Loving this, I LOVE avocado.
I am trying to find ways to get avocado into my diet and this recipe looks like a good start. And I need to look for the Van’s crackers, too.
This looks so yummy. I love salsa and the addition of avocado would be extra yummy. Those crackers look amazing too.
I guess since the avocados are just cubed that makes it a salsa and not guacamole. Same ingredients.

This is a fun recipe! I never thought of blending avocado and salsa. I like the idea of mixing the hearty with the savory.

recipe looks yummy! Going to try but I will substitute peppers for the jalepenos and take out the cilantro since I get HORRIBLE heardburn! :)
