This Banana and Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe are not what I thought it would be. I thought at first that the cookies would be more like a cake texture for the cookies. I was surprised. The texture is just like a cookie should be. Well, how they should be for the way I prefer them. Some like their cookies crunchy, chewy, or soft. I prefer mine to be soft, but not cake texture. These are soft and moist. Delicious is the word to use.
As you can see these cookies are not hard to make at all.
These cookies do not take long to make either.
These Banana and Chocolate Chip Cookies are amazing. They remind me of a banana bread, with chocolate chips in them, but without the cake texture of course. If you like chocolate chips and bananas, then you will enjoy these cookies.
If you have never tried to make these, I want to let you know that they are also another homemade cookie mix. They are not a cookie mix from a box or package where you add the bananas to them. They are all homemade.
Why not try these cookies with a glass of milk. Get your potassium in all while enjoying your chocolate as well. Bananas have potassium for those that did not know this.
