Don’t know how to play chess? Not to worry. The game comes with a Chess Board Setup and an Instruction pamphlet that contains all the basic rules for the game of chess, as well as what the name of each particular game piece is called, which direction the piece can move and how to capture, check and end the game. The chess set comes complete with an 18.5” x 18.5” chess board and 32 pieces (Rooks, Knights, Bishops, Queen, King, and Pawns) (Blue bases for Democrats and Red bases for Republicans) beautifully sculptured in the likenesses of our current political leaders, such as Trump, Obama, Pence, Biden, Bush, Pelosi, and more. The Pawns are simply illustrated as either a donkey or an elephant. Each piece measures up to 3 inches tall.
The set also includes podiums for the Democratic nominees. However, these podiums are vacant until after the nominees are selected in July 2020. Once selected you will be notified that you can replace the 2 empty podiums pieces with the pieces that depict the actual nominees to complete your set.
