The wonderful people from House Foods shared this awesome Berry Beat Tofu Smoothie recipe with me and I had to share it with all my fellow smoothie lovers. I haven’t had the chance to try it, but that’s only because I don’t have any beets at the moment, but my next trip to the store I’ll be grabbing some beets so I can try this yummy tofu smoothie recipe myself.

Berry Beet Tofu Smoothie Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 pkg House Foods Premium or Organic Tofu Soft
- 1 cup precooked beets
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1-2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup ice
Let’s make the berry beet tofu smoothie:
- Add all the ingredients into blender and you reach desired texture.
- Enjoy
TIP – I like to add a little extra ice to my smoothies to make them thick and cold during the summer. It’s a nice treat when it’s hot outside.
