This Pumpkin Monkey Bread is made in a bundt pan and is not like any other that I have tasted.  This has such a unique taste and the pumpkin sets this monkey bread off so well.  Here at home, we add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the monkey bread, fresh out of the oven.  You will have to try it for yourself to understand how delicious and moist this bread is.  It comes apart easy and it is a pretty simple recipe and easy to make.  My older daughter helps make the bread in the house.  She loves making all different types of bread.  Ever since her 4-H days, she has made braided bread, rolls, and other bread recipes.

Biscuit dough is not popular in the UK. Is there a substitute I can use? Do you think I can use stale bread?
