These delicious Sherbet Cupcakes are wonderful and taste just like you are eating Sherbet from a bowl. YUM! They are easy to make and not only that but very nice looking. My sister needed something sweet to take for the local bake sale the kids were holding to raise money for church so she asked me to help her make some of these babies up.
She came over and we had a great time making these. Quite proud I must say. There were lots of people complimenting how nice they looked. One lady who bought some of these cupcakes came back and left her number and asked that we call her with the recipe. She said that her family enjoyed them so much that she had requests to make them for an upcoming birthday for her niece. Of course, I gave her a call and let her know I would be getting this recipe up in the next few days so she could grab it off the blog.
If you like sherbet, you will like these cupcakes. The delicious taste of the Orange Creamsicle and the Key Lime together, make this the perfect blend. I am not one that likes Key Lime, but these two flavors together are wonderful tasting. None of the two flavors overpower the other. Just a perfect blend of the two make them perfect. Add a glass of milk to them and enjoy!
Have you ever made sherbet punch or other recipes with sherbet? I have and they have always been a favorite of the guests at baby showers and other outings. This Sherbet Cupcakes Recipe is no different. Try for yourself and come back and leave us a comment letting us know how you liked them. Did you do anything different to make them easier to make? Did you substitute with any other flavors?
