After making these Mint Julep Cupcakes, I was excited for the way that they turned out. I was so proud of myself. You would have to make your own to understand why I was so proud. Not only are they scrumptious, but they are pretty and baked so evenly throughout.
These cupcakes are both moist and decadent. I will tell you now that there is alcohol in this recipe. No worries, it won’t get you drunk or anything, but I do like to let others know because some may not want even a tiny bit. Nonetheless, these still make beautiful cupcakes that I am sure you will like.
If you like mint, buttercream, and vanilla flavors, then I am sure that you will enjoy these Mint Julep Cupcakes. You will think that they are pretty amazing yourself. I love all three of those flavors, so to me, the alcohol is not overpowering and they turned out wonderful. My mother-in-law sat down with me after I made them and she gave them a try for herself. She thought that they were so moist and smooth.
After taking the Cupcakes out of the oven and letting them cool down, it is time to add the frosting. The Frosting is just as amazing as the Cupcakes themselves. Both together, make the flavors burst all throughout. Give them a try.

Would you use a different name of alcohol?
