I have a huge family, and we often have family and friends over for dinner.  Between work, daily activities, and everything else that comes my way I’m always down for quick and easy dinner ideas, which is why I love this quick and easy sesame chicken stir-fry recipe!  If you’re hunting for a quick and easy dinner idea be sure to give it a try – especially with some fresh veggies – it’s yummy!

Quick and Easy Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • One Package of McCormick Skillet Sauce – Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil (we used coconut oil)
  • 1-pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cups of cut up veggies for stir fry (we used red, orange, yellow, and green bell peppers, broccoli, onion, and carrot.
  • Snow peas and mushrooms are optional, but yummy.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Boil chicken breasts in warm water with soy sauce until they’re almost cooked. Then cool and cut into strips for stir-fry.
  • dinner ideasHeat the oil in a wok on a medium heat and add chicken stir for 3 to 5 minutes.   • Add sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
