DIY Christmas Window Clings

by Jenn

I wrote a post about a week ago sharing the Crayola Cling Creator and how much my kids and I love it.  Well, I forgot to tell you about something, rather than patching up the old post I figured I’d write a new one, because the DIY Cling Creator is decently worth it, especially now that we’re figuring out how to get a little creative.

DIY Window Clings
Fun & Easy DIY Window Clings!  Perfect for the Holidays

We have been playing with our Crayola Cling Creator since we got it and yesterday after the kids went to bed dad stayed up with me and we made some really cute window clings.  Plus, we got to spend a little time together playing and being goofy just mom and dad.  It was so much fun and we made some pretty awesome window clings.

Easy Window Clings for the HolidaysThe Crayola Creator makes it easy to make fun and colorful clings quick and easy as 1-2-3!  Seriously, mix, pour, and stick!  There is a fourth step you can take if you want to create your very own window cling mold you can do so using the molding clay and tools that are included in the box.

DIY Window Cling for WindowsMy husband is so awesome.  I was trying so hard to make a tree and for some reason, I just couldn’t get it.  The shape was off, everything I just didn’t know what I was doing.  He came to save the day, lol.  He sat down and molded a tree; it took him forever because he put all the lines in it and everything.  The picture isn’t that great, but you can kind of see.  That is the same tree on the window, but my daughter ended up carrying it around the house for a while, so some of it came off lol.  Darn kids, I think she was made because dad, and I were playing with it and she wanted to.

It’s only fair dad, and mom get to play too, right?  I mean look how cool the Crayola Cling Creator is.  It’s, even more, fun once you get to mix and create a window for the holidays.  I don’t know what happened to my reindeer cookie cutter; I wanted to use it to make a window cling for our window.  KIDS, I know it lol.

Reasons My Kids Are Loving The Crayola Cling CreatorThe Crayola Cling Creator is GREAT for the kids.  The kids have so much fun creating window clings.  They have started also to get SUPER creative coming up with new shapes, mixed colors, they even added a little glitter a time or two.   Another thing I love about the Crayola Cling Creator as a parent, not playing with it silly.  However, I do like making creating window clings!

Sorry about that, I get all excited and get off track.  Now, let me tell you how much I love the Crayola Cling Creator!  It’s a lot because it does something I can’t do and don’t know many people or things that can do it.  The Crayola Cling Creator is responsible for my kids playing together without fighting.  They didn’t play for a few minutes either, it was about two hours, and they never argued.  I had to check on them because I didn’t hear them arguing lol.

Which brings me to another reason I love that my kids have a Crayola Cling Creator.  I have four children and one Crayola Cling Creator.  They can all play with the SAME one, make their clings, chat with one another, and they even had a cling off yesterday lol.  They had 5 minutes to make their cling, whoever

Yes, that means NO FIGHTING for hours.  I’m serious; I almost didn’t believe it myself, lol.  Let’s just say, the Cling Creator is so awesome I grabbed a few refill packs while I was at the store yesterday.  The girls are going to need something to do while they are on their Christmas break!

If you grab you and/or your kids the Crayola Cling Creator you’ll want to make sure and submit your Christmas window on Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #ClingCreator for a chance to be featured on the Crayola Cling Creator website.  So , are you in?  I’m challenge parents to get their crafty kids the Crayola Cling Creator so they can create a Christmas  window.  I’ll even create another one and share it once the kids are on their Christmas Break!  Of course, they’re going to share one every chance they get, lol. If your children love making things, crafting, DIYing, decorating, mixing colors, molding clay, being creative and using their imagination the Crayola Cling Creator will provide your kids with house and hours of fun!
