My daughter loves kitties, I mean what little girl doesn’t right?  Since she has been doing so good at school, I have tried to do little things to reward her and show her I’m proud of her.  Her new DIY Painted Kitty Face Shoes are by far the cutest reward she’s gotten all year and when she got home from school, as expected she did backflips over her new kitty face shoes.

Easy DIY Painted Kitty Face Shoes Project

The DIY painted kitty face shoes are AWESOME for anyone who loves cute kitties.  I’m seriously thinking about painting kitty faces on my shoes too. Tis easy DIY Kitty Face Shoes project seriously takes no more than 10 minutes, and it’s an awesome way to give your shoes a little personality. You’ll need:

• Shoes
• Pencil
• Paint
• Paint Brush

Let’s get busy on this DIY Painted Kitty Face Shoes project:

• Clean the area you’ll be painting on the shoes.

• Using your pencil sketch your kitty face.

• If needed make changes.  Since you’re using a pencil to draw the kitty face, it’s easy to make changes until you’re happy with the kitty faces on your shoes before pulling out the paint.

• Once you’re happy with your kitty faces paint over your sketch.

• Allow to dry for several hours just to be safe.  Since you’re not using a lot of paint things, tend to dry quickly, but I allowed a little extra time to dry because shoes tend to get more wear and tear than something you paint and hang on the wall.

• Enjoy your new Kitty Face shoes!

I love my animals, all of them!  We have cats, dogs, and house rabbits running a muck in our home.  Oh, that’s not including the animals we have outside, lol.

I was raised in the country, with plenty of animals to love and it’s definitely carried over into my adult years and something I share with my children.  Animals can teach us so much, not just responsibility, but acceptance, love and so much more. Seriously, animals don’t discriminate.  I have dogs, cats, and rabbits who sleep together, play together and love one another like family.

8 Fun Facts About Cats (Okay, maybe it’s just my cats)

Animals are awesome, all of them but cats are special and unique.  As you may know, they’re one of the most popular pets in the world, for many reasons so I wanted to share a few fun pictures and interesting facts about cats.  It might not be all cats, so if the shoe doesn’t fit your cat, it might just be facts about my crazy cats.  Regardless, the pictures will be super cute lol. Fact 1 – Did you know that cats actually conserve energy by sleeping, which they do for about 12 to 14 hours a day.

Fact 2 – This might just be my cats, but when they’re not sleeping they are running all over the house trying to keep me up at night.

Fact 3 – Cats are sneaks!  Seriously, they’re amazing hunters, especially when their tail isn’t listening to them.  My cat Twix will catch a glimpse of her tale and attack.  Seriously, she will bite her tail so hard it makes her scream and she gets even more upset with her tail.  They’ve been going at it for about 2 years and she still hasn’t given up.

Fact 4 – Cat’s have great night vision, which is likely why mine is ONLY up at night and make as much noise as possible.

Face 5 – Cat’s, I don’t know about all cats, but all my cats sleep all over the place, in some of the craziest places and positions.
