With four children, it’s hard to avoid DIY craft gift idea for teachers. My kids always want to do some craft projects for their teacher, the holidays are an extra special time of year. With Christmas right around the corner, they’ve been trying to think of the perfect gift idea for their teachers. When they noticed the huge package of BIC Mark-It™ Permanent Marker’s I received they wanted to make something for their teachers right away, or that was their excuse for me to let them play with my markers lol.
I know they had a hard time understanding that the markers were for mommy ONLY, but it’s the way it is. They get all sorts of fun things, and I just want my awesome markers. That’s not too much to ask, besides I am going to help them with their gift idea for teachers. My husband loved the idea that the markers were for mom only, and when I wasn’t in the room started drawing with them LOL. My husband LOVED the beautiful fine tips, and he spent a few hours drawing with them. It’s been a long time since I have seen my husband draw for that long, so he must have enjoyed using them.
Easy DYI Craft Gift Idea For Teachers
Every year the kids come up with a fun DYI craft idea for teachers, just to say thanks for helping them throughout the school year. Vayda wanted to bake her teacher some cookies, but do something a little more personal too. So we combined an excellent idea we found on the BIC Month of Merry Marking PDF with and the Eggnog Cookies Recipes I snagged from my mom a few years back.
Easy DYI Craft Gift Idea For Teachers
Naturally, like most of us, Vayda’s teacher loves coffee so a $5 gift card to Starbucks, a nice big coffee cup we got from the dollar store ($1), cookies, and a few fun things to add to her coffee was the perfect gift idea for her teacher and it was totally fun spending time with my daughter.
I know if I were a teacher I would enjoy a gift card and a coffee cup loaded with all the fabulous goodies, but my favorite without a doubt would be a personalized gift cardholder. I don’t know how many times we had to redo the gift card cover because Vayda couldn’t fit everything on the front, lol. We’re working on her handwriting, and she finally asked me if I would write it on there and she could design it. She told me she was more of a designer anyway lol.
BIC Mark-It™ Permanent Marker’s are an awesome collection any time of year, but even better during the holidays because they’re perfect for all the writing and creating you’ll be doing this holiday season. The BIC Mark-It™ permanent markers offer 44 vibrant, fun, long-lasting colors that will inspire you to make the best gift idea for teacher and then some.
One of my favorite things about BIC Mark-It™ Permanent Marker’s is that they’re bold and fade-resistant, but the ink is low odor and acid-free so you don’t have to worry. You can find these impressive permanent markers in packs of 36 fine or ultra-find bold, vibrant colors, or if you’re more into the beautiful metallic colors grab them in packs of 8.
