If you know me you know I do whatever I can to sneak in chia seed. I make a variety of the protein balls or energy bites, but this No Bake Peanut Butter Balls Recipe with Chia Seed is one of my favorite. I love all the different textures, especially the chia seed. YUMMY!
I’m working with Jif to help raise awareness about a few promotions they have going on and thought it was the perfect opportunity to bust out my Jif Peanut Butter and put it to work. If I don’t keep something like these peanut butter balls around I will go without breakfast. I’m not super hungry in the mornings, and the protein bites are perfect.
