I am so excited to share this Homemade Low Carb Keto Cheese Chips recipe with you. Yeah, I’m thinking about jumping on the keto diet train, especially after learning how much you can eat if you decide to get creative and cook keto friendly meals.
I know the keto diet doesn’t sound fun and it’s probably not, but I’ve done my fair share of research and I think it’s going to be a great diet. Well, in my opinion, but it’s still a diet. If you are not fully committed it’s not going to work. So rather than setting myself up for failure and eating broccoli and lettuce I’ve done my homework and have started to create some recipes that are keto friendly while I’m dieting.

Homemade Low Carb Keto Cheese Chip recipe

2 TBSP Everything Bagel seasoning
1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
1 C shredded Mozzarella
1/2 C shredded Parmesan
Ice cream scoop
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the cheeses, 1 TBSP everything bagel seasonings.
Using the ice cream scoop measure out each chip.
Drop each scoop full on the lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 6-10 minutes.
(Or until brown / crispy.)
Make sure not to burn.
Top off with 1 TBSP Everything seasoning on top of each cheese chip
Makes 24 chips
Store left overs in fridge or airtight container.
