I am so excited to share this Homemade Low Carb Keto Cheese Chips recipe with you.  Yeah, I’m thinking about jumping on the keto diet train, especially after learning how much you can eat if you decide to get creative and cook keto friendly meals.

I know the keto diet doesn’t sound fun and it’s probably not, but I’ve done my fair share of research and I think it’s going to be a great diet. Well, in my opinion, but it’s still a diet. If you are not fully committed it’s not going to work. So rather than setting myself up for failure and eating broccoli and lettuce I’ve done my homework and have started to create some recipes that are keto friendly while I’m dieting.

In the past learning to make a variety of diet-friendly foods has really helped me to to whatever diet a diet. And arn’t we lucky the keto diet is super popular so there are all sorts of great recipes out there that are keto friendly. SCORE for us right and here is one of my personal favorites for keto cheese chips! Hey, I need my carbs, even if it means tricking myself into thinking it’s getting chips.

Homemade Low Carb Keto Cheese Chips Recipe

Serves: 4 Prep Time: Cooking Time: Nutrition facts: 500 calories 10 fat

Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 C shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 C shredded Parmesan
  • Cookie Sheet
  • parchment paper
  • Ice cream scoop

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the cheeses, 1 TBSP everything bagel seasonings.
Mix well.
Using the ice cream scoop measure out each chip.
Drop each scoop full on the lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 6-10 minutes. 
(Or until brown / crispy.)
Make sure not to burn.
Top off with 1 TBSP Everything seasoning on top of each cheese chip 
Makes 24 chips
Store left overs in fridge or airtight container.
