Spring has sprung and there is no better way to welcome the season with a little spring in your step from a flavorful honey pecan coffee popsicle.

I don’t know about you but my taste in coffee tends to change when it starts to warm up.  I mean don’t get me wrong, every morning I enjoy a cup of warm coffee but my afternoon coffee, well I tend to enjoy it a little different – a little on the cooler side.  To help keep the spring in my step all day long during the warmer months I tend to lean toward ice coffee or even better coffee popsicles and thanks to the awesome new flavors of creamer but first let’s talk about these Honey Pecan Coffee Popsicles.
