Hot Spiced Concord Grape Juice (Witch’s Brew) Halloween Drink Recipe

It’s that time of year again, this year I am super excited to have the opportunity to make so many of my creations and share these two fun Halloween Drink Recipes from the wonderful people at Welch’s!  Not only do they make some rocking juice, but they also make some smoking witches brew!

Have you ever made Witch’s Brew for Halloween?  I have a few times, but never like this.

If you are on the hunt for some fun, Halloween drinks recipes we have another super fun one thanks to the wonderful people over at Welch’s.  They emailed me two awesome drink recipes for Halloween and asked if I would like to share with my readers.  You better know it, plus I plan on making them both myself.  The Witch’s Brew recipe looks pretty darn awesome.  What do you think?

Hot Spiced Concord Grape Juice (Witch’s Brew) Halloween Drink Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon Welch’s 100% Concord grape juice
  • 8 cardamom pods
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a medium stockpot, combine Concord grape juice, cardamom pods, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bring the mixture to a boil, and then reduce heat. Simmer the mixture until the liquid becomes infused with the spices, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately, or keep warm until ready to serve.

I love grape juice. This would be a nice change from the usual spiced apple cider. Don’t have any idea what cardamon tastes like!

That looks like a nice warm drink after a chilly evening of trick or treating. I don’t know what cardomom is so I’d leave it out.

THis is just in time for the Halloween parties soon to come. This is a drink even the kids can have. Really cool how it looks like its smoking in the picture. thanks for the recipe

So cool! I can see kids getting a kick out of this! Wonder if you add alcohol for the adults if it would have the same effect? Perhaps I’ll have to try it! lol I’ve never heard of cardamom pods..Do they sell those at most grocers?
