It is not uncommon for someone to ask me if my baby is a boy or a girl, mainly due to her lack of hair. Sometimes, people just assume she is a boy and tell me how cute “he” is. I have dressed her completely in pink or purple thinking this would make things clear, but unfortunately, it didn’t. Thankfully I love bows and put them on her often to avoid the question (and assumptions). This generally does the trick and so I am always looking for bows to match her outfits, and the bigger the better! This week, I received a JoJo Siwa bow, licensed by H.E.R accessories to review.
JoJo Siwa designed the fabulous bow I received. JoJo is a talented dancer, singer, and actress. She appeared on the series Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition in 2013 and was one of the top five finalist. In 2014, she auditioned for the ALDC dance competition and made the team. That same year, she joined the reality show Dance Moms and in 2016, she released her first single addresses online bullying. More often than not, JoJo sports big, beautiful bows in her hair during her dance competitions. She became known for her bows and even earned the nickname JoJo with the Big Bows. She launched her own line of bows and accessories in early 2016.

I received the Small Rhinestone Keeper Navy Hair Bow to review and it is adorable. It features a rhinestone wrapped center and the signature JoJo metal heart on the bottom corner. The bow is attached to a salon clip and it is navy in color. It seems to feature quality construction and will pair well with so many outfits. They also sent me a mystery adhesive patch. The patch is perfect for young girls wanting to adorn their purse, backpack, or locker mirror. This bow is available at Claire’s or Justice and the price ranges $12.99 to $15.00. There are many other adorable bows in the collection as well.
I really love this bow. It is a nice size, easy to put in, and looks great on my girl. My favorite aspect is that it is unlike basic bows found in retail stores. I look forward to purchasing other bows in the collection so I can match many more of her outfits. I especially have my eye on the rainbow small rhinestone bow.
