I would love to take credit for these rolls of goodness but I can’t remember where I saw them, I think I was browsing on Pinterest. Regardless, the keto cheese and pepperoni pizza rolls will not disappoint and are a great snack even if you are not on the keto diet.

Plus, seriously all you need to make these tasty cheese and pepperoni pizza rolls is cheese, peperoni and if you want Italian seasoning, black olives, or anything else simply add them. I personally think they would be great dipped in sour cream or maybe some guacamole but they are also good by themselves too.

Ingredients

  • 6 Slices Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
  • 12 pepperoni slices
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Prepare a baking pan by laying a piece of parchment paper on it.

Lay 6 pieces of cheese on top of the parchment paper and top with 2 pepperonis each.

Bake for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven allow to cool for a minute or two, then roll up the cheese slices.

Top with some Italian seasoning if you wish and enjoy.
