Another Solution to Kick Butts with Bull Smoke Electronic Cigarettes
As you all know from my last post, I think that being able to quit smoking is an amazing thing. In celebration of National Kick Butts Day I wanted to work with e-cigarette companies to review some of their products and to share my husband’s own stop smoking story. I am sure that his success would not have been possible without an electronic cigarette.
I would highly recommend that anyone looking to try an e-cigarette take the leap as it can really help you to quit smoking today. If my husband could do it with a 20 year pack a day habit than any one of you should be able to do it too.
A Little Bit About Bull Smoke Electronic Cigarettes
With tobacco causing nearly 90% of lung cancer deaths it is important that people not smoke their tobacco. Bull Smoke Electronic Cigarettes make it possible for you to still get your tobacco without having to smoke it which means that you are not partaking in the dangerous parts of your habit. There is no tar in electronic cigarettes which means that you are not damaging your lung tissue. Plus with some of their special offers you can really get a great deal on your e-cigarette and stop smoking today.
The Products I Reviewed
We were sent the Ranch Hand Kit with 2 sets of cartridges. The set normally costs $74.95 and features 2 batteries, a wall charger, a USB charger, and 10 cartridges. Today you can actually get the kit for the low cost of $29.95 because it is the company’s mission for everyone to quit smoking damaging cigarettes.
The Ranch Hand Kit Batteries
The batteries that came with the Ranch Hand Kit are normal e-cigarette batteries that have an appearance that is similar to a traditional cigarette in color and style. These are not personally my favorite e-cigarette batteries because I really like the ones that look stylish and pretty. However I did note that the batter life for these was average and that it was really nice that you get two batteries in the kit. Most of the time you would pay $14.95 each for the batteries so it would be $29.90 alone for the 2 batteries which is about the same price as what you are paying for the whole kit with the chargers and everything. If you were to purchase separately the chargers run $15 each for the wall adapter and the USB adapter so that would be and additional $30 in value.
Coffee Roast Full Flavor Cartridges
These cartridges smelled unique when I was looking through the package and at the product. I could not quite figure out what the smell is that I am associating with these. It was not bad just not something that I think that I would like to smell all day long so I am definitely thinking that these are not meant to be the only cartridge that you are using. These are $12.95 a piece for 5 cartridges. My husband said that they tasted okay. He said that it was nice to try something besides mint since that is all that he usually uses.
Peppermint Ice Full Flavor Cartridges
Obviously by now you can guess that my husband is a huge fan of mint cartridges and liquids for his e-cigarettes. I generally like the pleasant aroma that you smell when he is using the mint as well. This just makes it a bit easier for me to not complain when he sits by me. There have honestly been a few liquids (obviously this not being one of them) that have a very chemical smell that I did not appreciate. These 5 nice smelling peppermint ice cartridges cost $12.95. I asked my husband about these and he said that they were okay but honestly not his favorite peppermint choice.
A Little Bit More of Our Background Story
So my son Huxley was born with breathing issues. It was a stressful time for my husband who had just started working from home instead of being in the office about a year prior. He had previously worked for the same company but went to the office. Adjusting to family life with a 16 month old, newborn and very active 6 year old was quite hard and something that caused a lot of additional stress.
Fast forward a bit….right before Huxley’s first birthday we noticed that he was not breathing well and that he had terribly labored breathing along with a fever. I took him to the ER and he was admitted with pneumonia. He was really his normal happy self so it was hard to know what was going on with him and that he was really sick. I am glad that I followed my mom gut because he was very sick.
After his hospital stay is when my husband started wearing the haz-mat suit to smoke. He would put it on when he was standing on the porch over his clothes and would take it off again after he was done smoking. He even put his hair inside the hood and had as little contact with the smoke as possible. However, Huxley did end up with pneumonia a second time about a year later which is when he decided that he was going to quit for good.
