We all know what our own bodies need and how our bodies react to certain developments and foods. One of the most useful diets we’ve ever seen is based on fresh vegetables and protein but it may not be what you think. This is a bit different and for 30 days will very likely be able to kick start your diet plan giving you some needed weight loss and a nice boost.
The key is the dinner meal and a good amount of liquids. Dinner is centered on home made fresh vegetable soup. Cut up some carrots, celery, corn if you like, tomatoes and a host of other veggies you are fond of. If you desire squash put some of it in but stay away from potatoes and other starchy vegetables.
The broth will consist of water and some nice seasonings of your own choosing. Stay away from salts. If you must use salt use a salt substitute. Boil the ingredients and make up a nice batch which will be good for a week. Refrigerate properly and pull it out each day.
Now here comes the kicker. When you serve it to yourself, pump in as much hot sauce, tobacco sauce or other spicy hot flavoring as you want and can stand. Do it daily rather than in the entire batch. You may want to change the sauce from day to day. You are going to have this for dinner each night for 30 straight days so vary it up. At the end of the 30 days you will be so tired of eating soup, even if you like soup, you will be ready to move on hopefully about 30 pounds lighter. It is all healthy.
Now for the other meals;
BREAKFAST: skim milk, instant breakfast, coffee and a piece of fruit
LUNCH: two hard boiled eggs (minus the yokes which contain the highest dose of cholesterol) served with a sauce made of ketchup, touch of mustard and Louisiana Hot sauce (other light caloric sauce if you don’t like it hot), an apple, water or ice tea and a type of low calorie cookie such as Tiger Milk Cookies.
DINNER: Your home made vegetable soup, something to drink. Eat as much soup as you like.
SNACK: Mid-evening you can have two more of the same cookies you had for lunch and a cup of tea to dunk them in if you like.
Having coffee and tea during the day, with sweetener and powered cream, give you a soothing taste and may help you avoid those hunger pangs of the first few days. You will have them so using water or something made from water without the sugar, will help during those early days. Lemonade and Limeade are okay as well but don’t use sugar to sweeten them.
Drink plenty of water during the day and exercise moderately and make sure you get some rest. Be prepared. The first week you will spend a lot of time urinating. You are having so much liquid you will be going to the restroom quite a bit. This is okay.
Always check with your physician before starting any quick diet and when the 30 days is up stop this one and go back to a reasonable plan or whatever your doctor suggests. This is only a one month kick starter to help you lose some weight and build your confidence. Trust us when we say after 30 days of eating this way something different will be a wonderful relief.

I love to try new suggestions because let’s face It I am no good at the whole diet thing on my own.
This sounds like something my husband would love—he loves anything spicy! I, on the other hand,, am a mild flavored girl. I have an excellent recipe for butternut squash soup that I might try with this. Yum!!
