Let Your Kids CWIST For Kids

by Jenn Brockman

Happy Holidays Everyone!  As you get ready to celebrate Christmas with your loved ones remember that even the smallest hearts can make a HUGE difference.  This year be sure to swing by CWIST.com and show your child what it means to help another child in need.   It’s not too late for your kids to give less fortunate kids this season. Giving runs through January 3rd.

This is a great opportunity to teach your child the true meaning of Christmas.  It’s important kids to really experience the true gift that comes from helping during the holidays season, and they’ll even learn something too.  All you’ll need to do is choose a child, as well as a wish and assign your kid(s) a CWIST learning challenge to complete and earn a gift for a child in need.  Here’s how everything works….

  • Choose a child to receive a gift.
  • Assign a CWIST on CWIST.com for your child to finish by 1/6/2014.
  • Select a gift that matches their wish.
  • Once your child finishes their CWIST that toy will be send to the child.

I love the holidays, but I think it’s extremely important to remember what the holidays are about.  It’s not the gifts, the toys, or the money we spend.  It’s about the family we see, the memories we make, and that we take a moment to help those who are in need.  Christmas is about giving, and it’s important as parents to be sure our children also understand that there is more to Christmas than the gifts and the money we spend.

Even though the holiday will be gone soon it doesn’t mean it’s too late to help a child in need.  Visit CWIST.com/HolidayGiving and select a child in need.  Assign your child their learning challenge so they can earn a gift for a special child who is in need.

CWIST is donating the first $2000 in toys earned by your children!

On another note, CWIST is an AWESOME program! CWIST is creative parenting with a Twist, that’s fun for kids.  My kids love CWIST there is tons of fun things to do and learn – math challenges, sight word and reading challenges, crafts, games products, and so much more awesomeness it’s worth checking out.  We’ve been a part of the CWIST.com program for several months and the kids love it.
