Most of you might remember two weeks ago I announced that I was taking the 14 Day Slimfast Challenge to help jump-start my New Years Resolution to lose weight, and really start my new year off with a bang. My New Year’s resolution is to lose weight, and I am extremely motivated especially after my 14 days using Slimfast, because I was able to drop a total of 7 pounds in 14 days! I feel even more motivated than I was before, I think this was a great way to get me really pumped as I continue to lose weight. I was losing weight before I started the Slimfast challenge, but had slowed down a bit due to the holidays. I still was able to eat good, but it was harder for me to eat the way I was supposed to. I slacked, but never fully allowed myself to fall off. I will admit slowing down like that wasn’t good for me in terms of motivation, and I’m so happy I was able to be part of this campaign. It was just what I needed to get more motivated, and an awesome reminder that I CAN WIN THIS BATTLE!
The past two weeks every single day I had a Slimfast shake for breakfast, which I have learned shakes are the perfect breakfast item for me. I’m so bad about skipping breakfast, it’s my downfall, but I am not really hungry so I tend to go without. It was easy to drink a shake for breakfast!
For lunch I would have a Slimfast meal bar, which was another easy substitute, but I am going to be honest I loved the snack bar I was able to eat daily. They really are addicting, lol. I found myself looking forward to it each day. I would eat something healthy for dinner. For the most part I would make a salad with chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers and all kinds of good stuff.
I know 7 pounds might not sound like anything to be doing backflip over, but it was enough to get me pumped. I think that has been the best part about taking the 14-Day Slimfast Challenge. I am extremely motivated, I have been working out daily, and will continue my journey knowing I can do it. I never felt like I was starving, it did take about two days to get used to my new diet, but that is expected with any changes we make. Most importantly I felt great the whole time I was doing it, I never felt like I was starving, and I had energy to get up and do things with my family.
If you’re looking to drop a few pounds, or jumpstart your journey to weight loss I suggest checking out the Slimfast 14-Day Challenge. It’s easy to stick to, the shakes and bars taste great, and you get to eat something healthy for dinner.

I am so happy for you. I would be doing back flips if I could even lose 3-4 lbs so 7 is great. I know if I don’t see results within the first 2 weeks I get super discouraged and want to give up. I hope I an have results like you. I hope I will be able to try the challenge next month and have good results like you. I do enjoy to exercise but I just don’t seem to lose weight that way. Thanks for trying it our first for all of us
