Psychologists use the term “entrepreneur” to refer to a person who is driven in life by a specific set of objectives, such as the desire to achieve something, increase one’s confidence in one’s talents, or become more self-sufficient. 

According to political economy, an entrepreneur is a person who not only increases his or her wealth but also increases the prosperity of the nation as a whole. 

The normative legal acts of the country describe an entrepreneur as a natural person who has registered himself or his business to participate in entrepreneurial activity. This definition serves as the basis for the concept of an entrepreneur.

We have come to the conclusion that the process of creating something new that has value, requires time and effort, entails adopting financial, moral, and societal responsibility, and ultimately results in monetary reward as well as personal satisfaction from what has been accomplished is an example of entrepreneurial activity.

Content of student training to conducting business activities

When preparing students in high school for activities related to business and entrepreneurship, the teacher is responsible for addressing the following responsibilities:

  1. Illustrate the relevance of their planned future professional activities in contributing to the growth of the economy.
  2. to mentally prepare oneself for engaging in entrepreneurial activity amidst unstable economic ties and tax policies imposed by the state.
  3. Conduct tests to determine whether an individual is professionally suitable for engaging in activities related to business and entrepreneurship. According to the findings of the test, give skilled consultation support in the process of developing the required characteristics of personality.
  4. to give a basic level of knowledge, practical skills, and talents that are essential for effectively beginning one’s firm, for activities related to business.
  5. Get yourself acquainted with the experiences of both positive and bad situations involving case management.
  6. to acquire the skills necessary to create workable business plans and to be able to evaluate such plans.
  7. Acquaint yourself with different approaches to management, different kinds of organizational structures, different approaches to doing market research, different kinds of business paperwork, and different ways of processing information pertaining to businesses.

In addition, educators have a responsibility to encourage their students to participate in extracurricular activities while they are still in school. These activities should assist students to gain knowledge and experience that will be useful to them in their future jobs. Additionally, it is essential to emphasize the fact that the majority of individuals do not launch their own companies immediately following graduation from a college or university.
