Since I was a little kid I remember my mom making the best Apple Pie in the world. Seriously, it has this crunchy top and we would drizzle caramel on top. Now I only get to eat it on holidays. I could make it I know, and I have tried. There’s something I am doing wrong, and my mom will not break down and give me the recipe. I have begged her, even asked nicely and offered her money for it. She just laughed at me, and tells me that it was my grandmothers recipe and she cannot give it to me until we start doing more holidays at my house.
I love my mom, and I know why she does it. It has to be hard having kids in the house for so many years, and suddenly they’re all gone. I think it’s her way of making sure she’s still taking care of us, or something along those lines. Love my mom, she’s the best mom any girl could have. She also makes the best Apple Pie, and I sure wish she would share her secret.

You’re able to add in the flavors of Mrs. Smith’s made with real butter signature crust and have that perfect flavor. I have tried Mrs. Smith’s pies in the past, but now I’m looking forward to a little nibble of any of the Signature Deep Dish Pies.
My husband now wants to try the Signature Deep Dish Cherry Pie with Butter Fudge Sauce. It was about two Christmas’s ago that he decided to melt down some chocolate to put on the top of his Cherry Pie, lol. It’s was rather messy, but he was happy with the results. It’s nice to know the next time he wants to create a Cherry Pie with chocolate that we can just head to the store.
I cannot wait to create my own unique customized pie, and baking them is super easy. All the work is already done for you, simply follow baking directions, and then create your pie. The next time my mom comes to visit, you know I will be picking up a Signature Deep Dish Apple Pie with Caramel Sauce for her to try.
Have you tried any of the Mrs. Smith’s Signature Deep Dish Pies? If you’ve already tried them, let me know which ones you’ve tried and how it was. I would love to hear from you. If not which one would you try?

I love these pies. They are very tasty and very fresh.
My favorite is the Cherry pie. It’s realy yummy.
*Make that cream cheese icing. Cheesecake icing would probably be as good though, if I’m being honest.
The Pumpkin Pie with cheesecake icing sounds heavenly!
