As the holidays are upon us it is great to give to our children but it is also great to give to others. Mustard Seed Toys, funded by Jen, gives one toy to a child for every purchase you make. They have toys for your child that are engaging, but overall are very fun. They can spark their artistic or mentally challenge them. You can feel great about the good deed and feel good about carefully selected toys that will entertain your children and develop their minds any time.
I love that the simplicity of the Mustard Toys site. It is not overwhelming with choices, but each item on their page is carefully selected and not a frivolous item that will end up being tossed. Their magnet toys stand out for their color and unique style. They have different colors on each side and different shapes giving a child versatility to create different items, even within another shape. You can make little cars, houses and even a ball that can roll. Mustard Seed Toys are also sold via Amazon making it even more appealing for Prime holder, myself included, allowing you to receive your item in 2 days or less.
We received the Magnetic Tiles Building Toys, Magnetic Tile Firetruck and Wool Ball Garland. The first set has 40 pieces and is priced currently at $24.95 and Firetruck set is priced at $34.95, while the garland is $19.95. Both my 3-yeard old and 6-year old played for hours with the magnetic toys. With a total of 73 pieces between the two boxes, they had plenty and didn’t fight over them as they do with other toys. They liked that you could play with different shapes and when I showed them the YouTube video, here, they were amazed at all that could be made and how quickly the presenter did it. They liked that each box had different kinds of wheels and allowed them to make different vehicles each. The Firetruck box has longer rectangle pieces, while the building set has smaller pieces great for building smaller structures or vehicles. My kiddos both loved the length of the garland as it covered their wall and made a great decoration over their heads as they sleep. The garland comes with little clips which make it easy to put up right away and move around. They will probably want to put it in their tent in a few days.
Follow Mustard Seed Toys on Facebook, Instagram and check out their magnetic videos on Youtube. You can find these toys on their shop page, with the smallest 20-piece magnetic box priced at $14.95 and shipping is free when you spend $40 or more.
