Halloween is such a fun time of year, but we can’t forget our four-legged friends during the holiday season.   There are tons of ways to involve your dogs in your Halloween celebration!

Here are a few fun and easy ways to get your dog involved in your Halloween celebration this year!

big dog dog costume1.) Dress them up – Dressing up your dog for Halloween!  Sounds super fun right!  There are so many great costumes for dogs out there too!

bee dog costume2.) Take them trick or treating – If your dog is well behaved you might consider allowing them to join you while you are out trick or treating.

dog costume3.) Dogs love treats too – They might not be able to eat candy, but I’m going to bet they would like some Beggin’ Strips Dog Treats With Bacon, Beggin’ Loaded Dog Treats With Triple Cheese, Purina Waggin’ Train Chicken Jerky Tenders, or Waggin’ Train Dog Treats, Chicken Jerky.

4.) Design a pumpkin after them – Seriously, did you know you can grab  “PETrify Your Pumpkin carving templates” when you visit .  There are 27 breeds to choose from!

Most of you know how much I love animals!  I have all sorts of animals – cats, rabbits, ducks, and several dogs who we have rescued, four to be exact.  Each one of them is super particular, has their personalities and enjoy a whole lot of love and attention.  Believe it or not, even if that involves getting dressed up by my kids, lol.

I’ve seen my dogs in some pretty fabulous costumes in the past.  The way I see it is if they are willing to wear a dress when my daughters ask them too they deserve to look radical on Halloween.  I typically try to dress them up according to their personalities, lol.  It makes things fun, and they love the extra attention, but I can honestly say until learning about the PETrify Your Pumpkin carving templates I never thought about making them their pumpkin.  How much fun is that and it’s such a beautiful break from the traditional “scary” pumpkin face!  I know my kids would agree with me.

Whether you have a super cute beagle, boxer, or a Australian Shepherd you’ll be able to find an awesome pumpkin carving templet at .

I’d love to dress up my dog, too but she’s so smart and independent she doesn’t want any clothing on her. Maybe dressing up for Halloween is more suitable for lap dog or not so smart ones.
