These Pokemon Ball Cookies are easy to make. With all the hype about the new release of the “popular” app game out, I wanted to share these with you. They are fun to make and sure are the talk of the bake sales and playdates for the kids as well. What am I talking about? The adults love these as well.
These cookies are pretty neat if you ask me!
I gave some of these to my brother-in-law to pass out to his Pokemon buddies. He goes with them to play the app. When he passed them out, they were pretty siked to get these. They all made jokes and cut-up together about the game and the cookies.
Of course, you will need a cookie-cutter to make these. A simple circle one will do. If you don’t have one, then you can even use the top of a cup.
As you are making these, you will notice that these do take a little more time to make. The waiting time is what takes the most. The actual time that you spend doing the cookies and icing isn’t so bad at all.
You will have to do the red, then let that dry for 30 minutes before doing the white section. Then you will have to set aside and let dry for 3 hours before even putting the black on. That is what takes the longest is waiting, but not the actual work itself. These Pokemon Ball Cookies are still pretty simple to make, so I hope that you won’t let that keep you from making them.
After the black, then you will still have to wait another 20 minutes, then add the white again in the center. After that, you have to let them set 8 hours before you can even bag them so that you do not get the icing on baggies. Again, they are still pretty easy to make.
What do you think of these Pokemon Ball Cookies? Will you end up making them for your friends and family? After hearing the wait times, I sure hope that you will. They are easy to make and not much preparation at all as far as how long they take to do the actual work on them. I love making them and they are well worth waiting for icings to dry.
