There’s nothing more special than that little bundle of joy, you want nothing but the best from them the moment they are born. Really even before they are born it’s normal to start thinking about everything you want for you baby, not to mention everything you’re going to need for you new bundle of joy.
There’s so many items you’re going to need. How do you know what items are items you’re going to need? If you’re a new mom, this one is hard. We want our baby to have everything they are going to need, and we want to be prepared with everything we need as well. If you’re a new mommy, here’s a few items that you’re not going to want to be caught without.
Whether you’re bottle feeding or nursing, start thinking now about which bottles you’re going to need and what nursing supplies you’re going to need. Bottles, you’re going to need them either way, do your research and know which brand of bottle you’re going to use. As far as nursing supplies, think of things that will make your life more comfortable. Bras are extremely important, you also might want to think about purchasing a breast pump.
Then there is items for the baby you’re going to need. Such as blankets and clothing. My tip to you is, buy lots of blankets you’re going to need them, and only buy a few pairs of cloths for the baby that fit them as a newborn. You’re going to end up with people giving you some as gift and possibly hand me downs. If you have to buy cloths, because you’re just too excited than buy them in bigger sizes.
The same goes with diapers. I personally did not have to buy diaper for the first year of my daughter’s life because everyone gave me so many. The same with her cloths, and I was one of the moms that bough things I didn’t use when it came to clothing.
Then there is the obvious, the crib, sheets, bassinet, baby shampoo, wipes, creams, baby lotion, and grooming supplies. You’re going to need to cut babies nails often so they don’t scratch their little soft face.
You’re also going to want a good nursing pillow. Mombo has a fabulous baby nursing pillow that I wish I would have had when my daughter was little. I’m glad I will be able to use it when we have our next, because it’s just awesome. Whether you’re nursing or bottle feeding a good nursing pillow will make you’re life much easier.
The nursing pillow by Mombo has a two-sided design called Firm2Soft, each side offers a different feeling and experience for baby. The firm side is perfect support for mommy while she is nursing or bottle feeding. The soft side is cozy, and perfect for baby to relax or have a little tummy time. There’s also an awesome vibration feature that will make baby relax. I love the fact that it has the vibration feature, I know my daughter would have loved that. It’s the perfect nursing pillow for babies.
You can get an assortment of pillow styles and slipcovers. You can pick the Mombo nursing pillow up at Toys R Us and Babies R Us.
