Public Media Distribution LLC has just released “REGAL ACADEMY: ROSE CINDERELLA IN FAIRY TALE LAND” on November 14th 2017. Public Media Distribution has been in the distribution business for decades and works both domestically and internationally. This movie is great for young children from 4-10 years old. This publication takes fairy tales on a different route than we have seen before, a very fun exploration for young minds. This DVD can open the mind of young children to new and old fairy tale characters, furthering their curiosity as to the original tales as well as the new adventures via Rose Cinderella.
This DVD runs for about 72 minutes with three different episodes. I love the unique take by Public Media Distribution LLC with fairy tales and making them all come together while bringing forth a new generation of heroes, stories and appeal for our own newer generations. Rose is a shopaholic girl with enthusiasm, love for her parents and such an optimistic attitude that was very inspiring. The colors in this show are great, I love the crazy hair colors on the boys and girls. Each character whether boy or girl is over the top in a fun, likeable manner. Rose Cinderella, like her name is a very unique girl. She “accidentally” wanders into Fairy Tale land but it is meant for her to be part of this world as descendant of Cinderella herself. Rose Cinderella must learn about this new world and find her place in this world and among her peers.
We received the “REGAL ACADEMY: ROSE CINDERELLA IN FAIRY TALE LAND” DVD and we were left laughing and pulled into this fairytale world. My son liked the dragon race episode best, while my daughter loved the first episode. It made me think of a fairytale Harry Potter as Rose Cinderella has no idea of this fairytale land but unlike Harry she is very enthused and dives head first into this adventurous land. Her grandmother, Cinderella, is very sweet and so are her parents. I loved her dad best though, he is very funny while her mom is very friendly. The dragons have strong personalities, are very assertive and so colorful. They show they are a firm establishment in this Fairy Tale land and not just pets as one would think. My kids enjoyed this show very much and asked me about all the teacher characters, Snow White, Rapunzel, Cinderella, the Beast and more. It was great to have discussions about the original fairytale characters and about Rose herself.
