Back

Lie flat on your back with your legs extended.  For more pressure on your lower back, bend your knees with feet flat on the bed/floor.  This is the position that I used my mat.  I placed the mat on my bed upon retiring for the night.  Actually, I fell asleep on the mat, and when I awoke, I removed the mat.  Using the mat in this position also helped relieve my back pain.  I actually felt refreshed after my session on the mat.

Lie on your stomach with your arms under your head or alongside your body.  Breathe slowly and deeply.
