I’m always looking for snack ideas that won’t crash my diet which is easier said than done. I don’t want to eat the same snack day after day, not only do I get sick of the same snacks day after day but I’ve learned that it increases the chances of me crashing my diet for a candy bar or something silly.
I’ve been dropping weight over the past few months, and I’ve definitely learned the importance of snacks. Not only does it help me from getting too hungry, if I choose the right snack it helps me fight those cravings we get now and again for something sweet and surgery if I’m feeling the edge.

A Few Snacks Ideas That Won’t Crash Your Diet
Fresh fruit
I try to have plenty of fresh fruit on hand. Some of my favorites are grapes, oranges and basically all berries. They make a great snack and have helped me in my journey to lose weight.
Veggies
I like to cut up my veggies and keep them in the fridge, so the kids and I have quick and easy snacks to grab while we are home.
Protein balls
OMG, protein balls are definitely another favorite! You can have fun with these and create different recipes like Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Balls, and Oatmeal Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls.
