Being calm can be difficult; that’s why it’s so hard to achieve. However, it’s not impossible. Being relaxed is the most challenging when you are in public, and you have to face a challenging situation. First of all, this doesn’t mean that you always have to be without emotions. Having a calm personality only means that you act in the right way and don’t lose it.

This will reset the tone of the conversation, and it will give you a chance to gather your thoughts.
