I know my digestive health could use a little TLC, so I’ve been trying to do a few things are supposed to help improve digestive health.

Watch the fats

Try choosing meat with fewer fats – chicken, fish, turkey and lean cuts of pork.

Your digestive health should improve if you like to “move it, move it” because physical activity is known to help speed up digestion, stimulate muscles in the GI tract, and increase blood flow.

Step up the fiber

Don’t forget to increase fiber intake daily; it will help your digestive health.   If you are not getting enough, it’s possible you’ll end up constipated, gassy, and uncomfortable.  It’s just easier to get your daily fiber, and it’s not that hard to do with this like

Of course eating better will help improve digestive health.  Avoid all the junk food and make sure you are getting your greens.
